This course assumes mastery of the following skills:

Windows, UNIX, or Linux System administration
Command line tools
Software installation and configuration
System performance monitoring and tuning
Optional skills for mid- to large-scale deployments
DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server Database administration
LDAP administration
